The participants in IMPACT’s programs are, of course, at the heart of all our programs. While drug use and addiction can carry heavy burdens and consequences, we like to keep our focus on the strengths, creativity, resourcefulness and uniqueness of the youth we serve.
As such, we try to provide opportunities for our clients and participants to showcase their skills and express their views to the public. The only two limits we place on participation and inclusion in our on-line showcase of talents and views are that this be a space where youth can practice self-expression without the use of foul language, and that, where drug use or other potentially problematic actions are discussed, these actions are not promoted and the potential harms are acknowledged.
